Why a cookie dough shake recipe? Because it’s perfect for those times when you just want to make cookies so you can eat the dough before baking them…but you don’t want your hips to tell the tale. You know what I’m talking about.
It’s the holiday season. I’ve had this insane desire to bake cookies lately, because that’s what I’ve always done around Christmas. Well, actually, to not bake cookies is more like it. I just want to eat the dough. Since I’m working so hard to get healthy though, I decided to deny that particular craving. However, I did want to come up with something to help satisfy the urge: Enter the Cookie Dough Shake recipe. I am excited to have finally come up with a super yummy treat that is perfect for when the urge hits and I think you’ll enjoy it, too!
