His heart is glad for you! He rejoices over you. You are the object of His affection and gladness.
The Lord Your God Quiets You
Other translations interpret this to say that God calms your heart with His great love for you. Perfect love casts out fear. And you, my sweet friend, are loved by God with a perfect love that will quiet you.
The Lord Your God Exults Over You
He takes pride and joy and His heart lifts for YOU. You: the object of His longing, His love, His pleasure, and His life. You literally are a song in His heart.
You are loved so beautifully.
