First of all, God is the same. He is unchanging; the same yesterday, today, and forever. However, many people (mistakenly) see God in the Old Testament as vengeful, lacking in love and mercy. They contrast Him with Jesus, the compassionate Lamb.

But God in the Old Testament is just as beautiful. He is still a Father who loves His children and gives them His best. He cares for them.

• fulfills His purpose
